OT** Need some IPod Help.Please.

I just got an 80gb IPod.I downloaded Itunes already,but I cant figure out how to get music on it.I was told a seperate box should pop up and I can drag the music to that box.When i plug the IPod in I hear a bloop sound but nothing happens.Anyone help would be appreciated.

When you plug it in, your iPod pops up as a choice in iTune's sidebar. Right click that and hit "sync"

When I right click it only says "eject"

Don't think I'm trying to patronize you when I ask this, but did you import the music you want into iTunes?

Yes.it automatically transfered music from my jukebox.Im good with tek stuff,but this is making me feel like my wife whn it comes to setting a timer on a vcr.:D

Try File > Sync "(Insert iPod Name here)" then

Huh. That's weird. Only other thing I can think of is to uninstall iTunes and then maybe reinstall it.
