Other than those Deadites from AOD, nothing really springs to mind.

Yep the Deadites are a great source for 1:18 skulls. When I bid on the McFarlane AvP Predator set, I was hoping that the skulls with spines would be 1:18 scale. Nope. For some reason they came out way too small and look silly with my Hot Toys 4" figures.
