Do they email you letting you know it shipped?They email you a receipt confirming your order in the beginning....but I don't remember an email just to let you know that it shipped, but you can log-in to your bbts account & it'll show the status.

yes they do..i've placed quite a few orders with them and they've always sent me an email to let me know it's shipped. It may be because its shipping internationally.

Otherwise i think they'r the best with regards to service. Prices are reasonable, shipping is a teensy bit more expensive than CornerStoreComics, who btw, are pretty good too.

bigbadtoystore is great. And they ship pretty quickly and you can't beat how well they package your items.

BBTS is probably one of the best e-tailers I've ever dealt with! They notify you when you order, they notify you when the order is being prepared for shipping, and finally, they notify you once the item has been shipped- great communication, in other words.

As others have said, their ship time is fairly comparable to other e-tailers, but that is certainly not their fault- if fault it be.

I usually hate buying from online stores, but I've never had anything but completely positive experiences when dealing with Big Bad Toy Store. I actually just made 2 different orders with them in the last two weeks and I've already received them both and couldn't be happier with the items I bought. Top notch folks over there! :)
