Yeah I've used them a few times and they have pretty fash shipping. The last order I placed with them was last week for a set of Marvel Legends series 4, the set with the Nemesis BAF. They had the cheapest price for the set, I've seen so far, so I figured why not. I had problems ordering the set on their website, so I gave them a call and their customer service person was real nice and professional. Within a few minutes my order was precessed and I had a conformation number. They do charge a $6.00 fee for preorders, but again they have very fast shipping.

if you order over the phone,do they send you an e-mail confirmation of the order,or do they just send you one when it ships...i ask this because,the order i placed was to pay via money order....but then i was able to do it via credit card today,so when i called them they said the first order wasn't in the system or something,so they cancelled the order and made a new one with me over the phone...now,i DID get an e-mail for the first order,but none for the second....and on the website,when i log in,the original order is there,canceled,but the new on is nowhere in site...i did get a new order number,and my CC was charged already....

They gave me the confirmation number over the phone, I read it back to them and everything checked out OK. No email or anything just pen and paper with Date of order, item name, order number/confirmation, and month the order will ship.

just got the e-mail from UPS...they shipped my package today....awesome! it'll arrive on Tuesday,the 4th.....considering i have another "special" package arriving the 3rd,next week will be very nice,indeed!

About 3 weeks ago I won a single DC figure from their eBay store. It was advertised as MOC and arrived not MOC - the shipping box was fine. I'm an opener so I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. They didn't ship it terribly fast, but it was acceptable.

A week and a half ago I won two DC figures, because they advertised 50% off shipping for additional items. I have emailed them numerous times, requesting an invoice with the combined shipping and have received no answer. I read through their recent feedback to find they don't answer emails or the phone, and don't ever actually offer the combined shipping they say they do.
I can't call them until next Wed when our cellphone minutes replenish, because apparently my wife and I use our phones too much.
I'll probably be avoiding them in the future.
