ordered online a Reindeer Rudy & a Boldin on 2.20.08 & still no ship.....why? says pending & card was charged...

They may have already shipped your order. I still have orders in my account from 2006 that still say pending even though they were shipped shortly after I ordered them. It could be just a glitch in their system.

I ordered a Boldin within an hour or two of thier initial release and my order took over two weeks to ship- I emailed TMP after two weeks plus had passed and asked to cancel my order... miraculously their reply is that it was already shipped. Yeah, later that freakin' day...

spawn store is very slow shipping stuff. It can take days to a month to ship the orders. Once you know this then it gets easier. I do not mind it taking this long if i knew this before i order. They need to add this so others know they get long delays. But they do sometimes ship really fast!

They claim shipping within two weeks.
