I don't get it, how do you put the gun in his hands? The hand that is supposed to hold the left side of the gun won't open, and neither will the actual spot on the gun! I just can't get him to hold it like in the pictures. Help?

warm his hand up. you'll be able to move the thumb better. don't force it, you could break the thumb.

Yeah, it's not the loosest fit right out of the package, but with a little patience and working that trigger area back and forth across the right thumb and forefinger, you should be able to get the rifle to fit properly.

On that topic, whats the best way to have spartans duel wield needlers? The hands are to big to fit, should I shave down the needler handles or lop off a few fingers?

Technically, you can't dual wield Needlers in the game :P

But you're going to just have to modify them if that's what you want.

That or wait for McFarlane to come out with some dual-wielding hands. I'm sure there will be a few sooner or later.

As other have stated be careful! My son already broke the thumb off of his Steel CQB spartan while trying to put the AR in his hand.
I had hoped these new figures would be more durable than the joyride ones but alas...
Oh well they definatelly look better and I don't open mine! :)

I'm having problems with his grenade. Did you guys just jam the grenade peg into the hole?

i think in order to really get the gun in his hand you have to break the hand of at the wrist them glue it back on...

thats how mine went in...and yes, he was nice and warm...that just didn't sound right at all did it?...:o

Exactly. Sometimes paint seeps in there making it too tight, so you might want to use a small screwdriver or something to slightly ream out the hole.
