Hey guys. Apologies on yet another Halo post.

I was just wondering why Master Chief doesn't come with any grenades. Here's a quote from the back of the insert:

McFarlane Toys brings MASTER CHIEF to highly-detailed life. With weapons attaching to the leg and back, McFarlane's Master Chief is ready for battle.

-18 points of articulation
-Grenades
-Assault Rifle

Now, MC not shipping with grenades isn't too big of a deal. However, when an accessory is advertised on the back of the clamshell one expects to find it inside. Did McFarlane Toys just scrap MC's grenade after all the inserts were printed and not bother reprinting? Do the inserts that shipped with your MC label grenades as one of the figure's accessories?

I'm sorry if this has been brought up, I was just wondering where my advertised grenades were.

They must have scapped the MC's grenades cause theres not even a indent in the shell for one to fit, this isn't the first time it happened either, i recall AVP series 1 had even bigger problems.

probably scrapped it when they realized how many spartans they were going to bring out.

I'll give you 4 bucks to fill a bowl of rabbit poo for a friend, and pretend IT IS cocoa puffs, and have him eat it.

OH yes, that'd be sweet....

Not including the grenade and peg cut the production cost of each Master Chief figure by $0.00043. That might not seem like a lot of money, but it all adds up in the long run. In today's cutthroat action figure market, every penny counts, even in fractional amounts.
