I had the same thing happen last year bought about 30 figures for .50 cent apiece including about 18 Elite Scout Troopers from ROTS SAGA. I have found that only major market WM's do this.

That's what I've considered doing (collecting clones, and other Imperial troops). Wal-Mart seems like the place to start. Somehow, I doubt the local store would have this type of sale. :o

the closest i have ever seen a local wal-mart do that is have star wars figs for 2 bucks..but they had no troopers...only c-3p0

Just happened to scan one. It just seems to have been the sagas legend wave. Yes I have my reciept, just for the troopers cause I bought them first. Went back later and got the droids/fett etc cant find that recept.
