Anyone Ordered through HLJ.com by Paypal before?

They say it will take a while to calculate the full total with shipping. If you ordered with paypal from them how long did it take you to receive a full invoice?

Since you have indicated that you want to pay by money order or PayPal, we cannot tell you how much to pay until we know exactly what we can send you. We will calculate your total amount and contact you by e-mail as soon as everything from your order is available, you request a partial shipment, or two months have passed since the time you placed your order, and we make an initial shipment of available items. Do not send us any money until you have received this payment request from us.

I use HLJ with Paypal all the time.

In response to your question, it depends on how many items you have in your order and if its available or preorder. If the item is in stock, then it shouldn't take more then a few days to get a Payment Request sent to your email, they do a stock check/system maintence usually twice a week, which is when they process what needs to be paid/shipped.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that if you have more than one item, and one's in stock, the other isn't (preorder/backordered etc), HLJ will wait for all the items to arrive before they ship out. If you want don't want to lose out on the item that is in stock, you can request shipping for all in stock items and wait on out of stock items under your Account Maintence page. The payment request will then be issued when the next system maintence occurs, again usually twice a week.

Usedf them once, Very slow processing an order, bout 3 weeks but the ship time was fast, took about a week to have my order approved.

Word of advice, pay the extra and use the EMS shipping. I've ordered from HLJ twice before, and have another preorder with them now, and EMS has gotten to my door FAST and in great condition. I've heard SAL is far less reliable, so I'd advise you pony up the extra for EMS.

I haven't used Paypal though, I just use a credit card.

Cripes, I've had EMS boxes get to me in less than 3 days.

That sucks on the six weeks. I use both SAL and EMS in dealing with HLJ. SAL is slower and doesn't offer tracking but I've never had to wait more than 2 weeks for any of my items. EMS usually takes no more than 4 days to arrive (usually 3) but sometimes the cost just gets to be too high, especially when ordering multiple items. But I've never been in a big enough hurry to receive anything I order from there that I can't wait that 2 week period.

I've been getting a consistent delivery time of 12-14 days with all the years I spent ordering from HLJ.

Invoice asking for a paypal payment should be instantaneous when they're ready to start packing your order.
