Are you talking about the regular Army of Darkness 12" Ash or the exclusive S-Mart Ash? I have AoD Ash, and it's not a bad piece. Still early in Sideshow's 12" production so the body ain't perfect but it's not too bad either.

The regular Ash is decent, the S-Mart Ash is awesome.

Eh, I have the first one and it's so-so. The S-mart version looks waaaay more like Bruce. The original looks like some big-headed zombified Bruce. Still a cool piece and swapping heads would be the way to go.

Yeah, buying both and exchanging their outfits would be ideal. That being said, I have both, and haven't done that. At least not yet.

Yeah I have the three Sideshow Ash's. The S-mart one is the coolest and the Evil one is pretty bad assed too. I'd say $24 is a great price for any of them.

I've got them all. Evil Ash is probably the most spot on. S-Mart is good, and regular Ash has a weird grimmace on his face--but it's Army of Darkness and you can't go wrong with that.
