Could be another figure, or they may have changed the weapon at some point.

Looks like the same one but they do change stuff before they send to factory to be made. I hope they do swords i would buy extra just to have more swords.

There seems to be a few things missing from the figures from the shadows. Anyo notice there is not carbine for the elite that was in the shadow?

I want to say that the sword in the shadow pic doesn't match a halo hyabusha sword's silhoette but it's hard to tell.
