A couple of opinions please?

Hi everybody, I setup a pre-order with Big Bad Toy Store a little while ago after someone else mentioned that they had done the same. So, the question is this: Are they pretty reliable? I was going to preorder on Amazon, but these guys allow you to A. do a whole set, and B. they don't charge until is ships (which will allow George W. to pay for them if you know what I mean). So, let me know if you guys have had a good or bad experience with them. Anything is appreciated.

Has anyone ever cancelled a pre-order from BBTS? Do you have to pay any fees?
