Fairly common, just means you're figure was not packaged for a U.S. release. Like Canada receives all their figures tri-lingual, where as the U.S. releases seem to solely be English.

but, sometimes the shipments get mixed up and either type can show up
anywhere.
For baseball, the english only woud be the more produced item
