3 Inch Spawn... Your opinions ?

Hi everyone. I have been a spawn collector since around series 14 but up to now have not bothered with the 3-inch figures. However, today I went to my local store to buy a few items and noticed they had a bunch of the series 1 3-inch figures as well so I ended up buying 4 in total. They have more detail than I would have thought so I think I may buy a few more. Just wondering what opinions are on these figures from the perspective of spawn collectors.

The 4 figures that I bought today are:
Series 1: Mandarin (red)
Series 2: Hellspawn, Spawn IV, i.95 (black/white)

Note: Regretably passed on Manga Spawn... dam...

I think they're pretty cool. The Series 2 repaint of i.95 is killer

I only have 1 of the 3 inch figures and it's the only one I need

i don't have any. they are just too small...hmm, not really the reason i think. maybe it just because all along i don't buy same figure twice. (with some exception eg.storm trooper, aliens) even for 12" spawn, i only have WOR (for its my favorite). i think i would buy if they are not just resize of the normal 6".

Well I'm still undecided on whether or not I will collect anymore. So I was just wondering what the general consensus is among spawn collectors regarding the quality and calibre of the figures. Also, I have not seen most of the series so maybe I might find out what are the nicest and more popular of the set.

And what might you do with THIS info ? ;)

Yeah, before today this is why I hadn't bothered with them... a mini version of most figures I already have. The repaints add a little incentive though. Like someone else mentioned above, the repaint of i.95 is pretty cool.

i hopes people that bought those (or any figure) because they like it... not just because "they had to have it". i don buy figures that i will regret after years (for i never sell my stuff, thanks god); and i always remind myself that there are many nice figures out there waiting for the hunt. however, if you are happy, we are all cool...

Well, I like the Trading Series, the only problem is that the name is a misnomer, very few collectors are trading on it. Having said that, anyone got a Trading Series 1 gold Spawn to sell...I mean to trade? :)

They're pretty cool-
but I passed on them.

If S-1 wasn't blind box packaging I probably would have bought them-
Since I didn't buy S-1 I didn't pick up S-2 even though they weren't blind boxed
'cause I'm weird like that~ ;)

I think they are nice and the details are awesome, but I'm not interested in collecting 3-inch figures (my collection consist only on 6" spawns).
