Anyone else feel this way after hearing the tapes involving Hulk/Linda to Nick? Talk about failure to take responsibility for your own actions.

You know what sickens me? That these people say what they're feeling and are now considered A-Holes because someone leaked some tapes. WTH happened to respecting people's privacy?

I'll say it again...Nick is serving his time. I feel bad for the Grazianos. I really do. But, John Graziano is an adult and made a decision to get into a car with a NOTORIOUS speed demon.

Unbelievable. While crash victim John Graziano lies in a permanent vegetative state in a hospital with a hole in his head, Hulk Hogan says that God laid some "heavy ******"on him because of things that he was "into." Nick agrees, saying John was a "negative person."

In a taped conversation between Linda and Nick, mommy dearest calls the victim's mom "nasty and vindictive," claiming she's just out for the money and didn't really give a ****** about her son. Linda says she's suffering more than John Graziano's mom.

If Alec Baldwin isnt immune from scrutiny for a recording of a private message neither are the Hogans. They knew conversations are taped and being public figures there was a good chance the conversations would be leaked. There is a such thing as code words for the love of god.

Also I am all for people speaking their mind.

So I speak my mind when I say the Hogans are acting like scumbags in this ordeal. Nick isnt willingly serving time and he is not going to be changed by this. He is still going to be a spoiled kid and Linda and Hulk are still going to be considered irresponsible parents.

Those two have nothing to do with each other. Baldwin's tape was a result of him ripping his daughter and the tape came out during the custody battle. I have NO idea what the Hogan's said but I assume these tapes are from jail visits?

In the fall of 1987 Valerie Harper abruptly left the show in a well-publicized dispute with the producers. NBC decided to continue without her, retitling the series Valerie's Family (some suggested "Where's Valerie?" or "Who's Valerie?" might be more appropriate. Later, in June 1988, it became The Hogan Family. Valerie was written out of the series as having died, and Michael's divorced sister Sandy, a high school counselor moved in to serve as a sort of surrogate mom. Stories began to focus more on the kids, especially teenager David, who the producers hoped would become the next TV heartthrob. Others joining the cast included David's pals Rich and Burt, and Mrs. Poole's jovial husband Peter, played on an infrequent basis by Today show weatherman Willard Scott.

I dont see how you can lump Hulk Hogan into any of this. Nick Hogan is the one who caused the accident. Its his responsibility not Hulk Hogans. Linda is a spoiled you know what who is divorcing Hulk Hogan because he cant buy her everything she wants anymore. She was a money grubber and now that Hulk cant wrestle for millions anymore she is leaving him for the next rich guy who likes big knockers and blonde hair.

Hulk Hogan really is getting a bad rap for what his family memebers are pulling. Lets not forget the embarassment of his daughter trying to sing. lol

It is from the phone calls to Nick that they are told beforehand the phone conversations are taped at the prison.

Maybe the kid was a complete ass or something I dont know. Maybe he done bad things in the past that karma was catching up to him. We dont know his story so we cant say. I doubt Hogan would say that if the kid was a saint though. It may not be PC but I dont see anything wrong with someone saying that in private. There are some people that deserve what they get in this world.

Is it standard policy for police to release phone calls to the media - even if they are aware they are taped?

I was under the assumption that they tape them to make sure they know what the prisoner tells outsiders (and vice versa) - not to broadcast it to a media outlet.

Did'nt Hulk buy Nick and his friends beer and they drank on his boat the day of the accident?

They should know that as semi-celebrities(and well in Hulk's case actual celebrity) there was a good chance there would be a leak of the tapes. I just don't get how he especially could be that dumb. If they were able to fish out the info from the steroid trial these tapes would surely find their way out. At least if he himself acted(which should be no stretch for him, then again...) he would have surivived a massive PR disaster.

I mention the Baldwin thing because that was a bigger invasion of privacy.

How about just saying the guy was asking for trouble by getting into a car WITHOUT WEARING A SEATBELT and letting someone who is known for racing and had been drinking earlier in the day drive him around?

Bad things sometimes happen to stupid people. I'm not saying he deserves what he got...but he could have prevented it by doing one of a number of things.

The phone calls are public records so anyone at anytime can get them.

Yeah, but that doesn't give the prison the right to sell the tapes to TMZ. That's not legal.

Don't forget that Linda ASKED him to stop wrestling because she was worried about his health. He said he would. She apparently thought that she could keep spending like he was STILL wrestling, though.

NO!!! That was a rumor. No one has ever said that Nick was drunk or had been drinking. Someone may have seen their friend who saw Hulk at the same store as Nick. Don't you think that if Hulk had ACTUALLY bought Nick alcohol that it would have been brought up in court? Just an FYI, John Graziano is about 22. Not trying to point fingers, but MAYBE, just MAYBE that's where Nick got the alcohol.(IF he was indeed drunk, which I doubt.)

Ok I got the explaination(I am doing my radio show right now and we are discussing it now).

The recorded calls in the prison are considered legally public domain and the press has access to the calls. So these are not private.

Didn't realize he was that bad. Guess Supras don't have passenger side airbags.

And it should be more of a reason for everyone to always wear your seatbelt.

And if Hulk wasn't going to burn in hell for what he did before, I'm sure the whole family will be rotting together now.
