View Full Version : How bad is your Schilling 3?

I don't have my camera with me right now, but mine looks like a bad custom. It has a shiny paint job and the decals on the body are all too small. It looks like a bad custom in which the customizer forgot to check the scale of the 'Red Sox' font across the front.

I love the Jeter figure, the Mauer from last series and the Nomar 3 sculpt/paint was good but this Schilling figure is awful. Atleast the face looks like him (even if he has frost bite on his cheeks).

Is anyone else's this bad?

The logos and patches seem to be getting smaller and smaller and smaller every line that comes out. :(

With NBA, the players seem to be balding a lot as well! I know Prince has more hair than the figs!

too bad the figure comes in an opaque shell, and you can't look at it before you buy and open it :p or were they ALL like that :o

All 8 at the store were like this. The 'Red Sox' part you can't see because of his arms until you open the figure.

I saw one that looked about as bad as the one you're talking about and I passed on it, but I even passed on a Jeter figure because I hated the way it looked.

My Schilling is the same. I think they molded the plastic in white instead of painting it. Thats why it has a shiny appearance.

Unless you have no choice but to buy them from Ebay as it's hard to find here a lot of times. My friend got a Tayshaun Prince from someone on Spawn and no reply after he asked about it.

that sucks man! mine is bad but my letters arent that small, that looks like a penntop custom
