My wife and I moved from Philly to Chicago. So my wife let me take over the basement to be my toy room. After tons and tons of work (including framing two walls and putting up pegboard), my room is pretty complete. (once our Philly house sells, I'm going to put in a wood floor).

You should also consider staining and polishing the concrete floor since there have been big advancements in polished concrete technology in the last decade. A lot of lofts have polished concrete floors, and it really looks sharp.

Yer collection had me at the Wrigley Sign. You could have have shown a bunch of burnt up Army figs from the 70's and I would have rated it a +10. You have some really great lookin' stuff there. That Mary Jane statue is a grail of mine. So pretty.... Could you give me the exact name of it or whatever so I can search for it on the Bay. Lord knows last time I saw it, it was outrageous but I still like to stare. Thanks.

Nice collection. It does look like a toy store. But I have no problems with that. :D That's probably the only "negative" I can come up with as being a MOC collector. And maybe, anything that can't be hung takes up a lot of space.
