NOTE: TO McFarlane Request for Blank Figures

We all like customizing from time to time. Heck once, along along time ago I did a few custom Manga Spawns and a Monev the gale. I was working on a Mandarian Spawn but it was taking to long to white it out so I could paint over it. Hence the request for "certain" TMP figures to be made as blanks. Even Sports figures (cringes in corner * don't hurt me* :p) Well as I was surfing the net I come across Blank muggs on the Hasbro site and I gota tell you I am happy that hasbro and other vinyl producers are doing it, yet disappointed that TMP has yet to release some blanks? Anyone else interested in blanks of TMP product?

maybe they will, its very cost effective, its a lot cheaper to sell and unpainted to than to sell one thats painted

yes, but in a different form. I mean wouldn't you want blanks of Stormtroopers or imperial guards were you to be a SW fan? Or various Sports picks to create your own team and colors? I am still waiting for Todd the ultimate sports fan to take a gamble and insert a small handful of Todd Head Variants in a sports line of his choice. I don't know if I will try my hand at Mugg customs but I would deffinatley like some TMP blanks.

Dark Alliance figures some years ago had "anitpaints" that rocked!! this is an AWESOME idea! i'd be all over some "blank" figures and Dagons!!

But for Mighty Mugs it is much easier because they all have the exact same body.


Some type of mcfarlane blank figure would be difficult because what would a generic body look like exactly? This is probably one of the main reasons why it will never happen. Plus McF only makes things now that they are convinced will sell well. A generic figure wouldn't.
