How rare is the Drone figure?

Not rare at all I don't think. It's a campaign fig and they're pretty common. The drone is probably my least favorite fig in the whole collection.

I heard some people barely see any, I heard some people see em everywhere. I've seen 4, and bought 2 of them. So I unno, I'd buy them if they were under $15, but I wouldn't get more then 3 or 4.
