PayPal question

I'm looking to start taking payments via PayPal with eBay. I notice taking money orders seems to be a hassle for buyers and sometimes scares them away from bidding even though I have 100% feedback. I already have PayPal account where I send money. Do I need to upgrade to a Premier account in order to receive PayPal payments or can I receive payments with my existing PayPal account?

Not only that, you'll be required to upgrade if the buyer pays with a debit or CC. eBay policy states you MUST accept ALL FORMS of payment, and the only way to accept a CC payment through paypal is by being confirmed. :(
