if my memory is accurate, it's not a custom.

that's the original head, prior to a large and loud contingent on the board freaking out over the look and it being redone.

Yeah, people were *****ing about the face. Since many of the series 20 figures were based on the Spawn bible, they decided to sculpt the face after his pic in the Spawn bible.
