in this youtuber's background pic are the crimson scout(series 3), olive and steel security(both series 4), and a BLUE hayabusa that i don't know what series is, can someone tell me?? to spend the money on it instead of the red one, and hopefully don't be a WM exclusive XD

It's the first anounced series 4 WM exclusive. We don't know what the second will be. This will be one I would be willing to pay over $30 for. My fave armor and in my second fave color. Might try to get me a second Blue CQB just to make the custom figure I use for multiplayer (I don't play online yet, only at my friends house).

Unless he's making money in some way, costing you money or claiming that he's the owner of the "copyright" on your photo I think you're blowing a lot of hot air. who would you be reporting him to? MySpace? Youtube? Google? Spawn.com? eBay? (that one you might win)

and if it's poor case of fair use with no malicious intent and simply a good faith mistake unless you can show some type of loss even if you wanted to sue him for it about the best you could do is nominal damages. and that's assuming that he didn't shred you on a fair use arguement.

bottom line, if you don't want people using your photos either watermark them or don't post them on the internet because truthfully, I've seen copies of your photos popping up all over the net on all kinds of different toy boards. and if you do post up your photos, throw up a copyright notice that clearly dilineates that they're not to be reposted in any way.

also, realize that if you post them on a messageboard, photo sharing provider, etc. you may want to read the TOS for any waivers clauses regarding your content and realize that you may be giving up some of your rights in doing so even if you remain the copyright holder.

First off, welcome to the boards, second, don't mind Battlefield, he's just jealous cause people are paying attention to other people's pics and not his, he's an attention *****, he got banned from rebelscum because of it.. he's *****ing up a storm on every small little thing, no matter what.. especially if it takes attention away from him...so again, don't worry about it, you're best to just put him on ignore and it'll make you spawn.com and other message board experiences a lot more enjoyable.
