Ebay Selling Question

I recently had an ebay listing for a jersey i was selling ended by ebay because they said it was a trademark violation. It was an authentic Mitchell & Ness jersey. Now I bought the damn thuing from an actual store so it was authentic, but why would the listing be ended?

Too many fakes, and even M&N tend to have authentic ones pulled as well. This just went to court in England. Louis Vutton and a few other high end designers want eBay to now allow ANY sales of their products, counterfeit AND legit.
