Marvel Legends $14.99 WHAT????

After reading that people found a price change at their Target I had to go take a look. I went to two Targets but no Red Hulk Marvel Legends, but I did find a damn price change.:mad: The sticker had todays date so I guess they just changed it today.The reg price before was 9.99 now they are 14.99.

C'mon Whats going on????
I hope this does not affect the rest of the waves or affect the DCUC stuff either. Anybody seen this ????

One more reason Im glad I stopped with ML when I did. Between the price, all the new waves being store exclusives and (not to beat a dead horse) the change in quality, Im not missing them to much.

It's just the fing Fang foom wave that is 14.99 ... mainly cause it comes with a big Build A Figure, and has some big figures , like Hulk and Wendigo....

It's only the FFF wave that is $15. The rest went back down. They should have different scues so if you find em and Target doesn't drop them back to $10 ***** to the manager. The Red Hulk stuff is NOT $15 everywhere else.

They didn't even have a spot open for it at mine. The lady had to go to the back and check for it, and then came back out with the box, and I shuffled through and nabbed both Wolvie's and Symbiote Spidey. Rang up $9.99 at the register. So I hope these Targets fix it. But I heard *heard* someone say that the scue is different for the FFF series because of the price difference. So when you find them, and checkout, if they're more then $10, I would try and do something about it, or just not buy them and find them somewhere else. But I unno how you are with Targets in your area. I have 3, 2 I go to regularly. The one didn't have a rack for the Red Hulk wave (like I said), and that's where I bought them. The other still had Blob figures on one rack marked at $9.99, and the other the FFF wave and $14.99. So I'll check and see if the scues different. Hopefully it'll help you guys out.

And I read the first page of the link. Don't wanna read the whole 12 pages. Mine is $9.99, a select few small ones are more. Just wait and find em at another Target, but odds are, if it is more then $9.99, it won't be more then a few bucks.

You got robbed. Try to find another Target and get them there cheaper. I wouldn't pay $14.99 for the ML stuff, not worth it. One of my turnoffs for the FFF wave.

This seems to be the price for ML now. Foom series and now the Red Hulk series that I've seen have been priced at $14.99 a piece.

it's a very interesting price change... considering the timing I think these new prices are going to help establish the new 3 3/4 line's price points. at $9.99 it's a bit hard to throw out a 3 3/4 fig for $6.99 or $7.99 and not have the general consumer scratch their head and just pay 20-30% more to get significantly more per product. it wouldn't help the pricing stick for the ill-informed consumer.

Target is now selling ALL of their Marvel Legends for $14.99. It's not just Red Hulk and Foom. If you scan HML 3, they will come up as $14.99. Not all Targets have done it yet, but it looks like they eventually will all be like that (most of the Targets here are now $14.99). :(

Well A, I'm glad I got mine at $9.99, cause I got all I wanted out of that set. And B, that Target isn't getting any more after this. The next 2 sets are WMs, and I haven't heard **** after that.

I asked the Target guy and he said in the system it said "prices vary store to store" for the red hulk wave. And I could take my reciept and get a refund back to 9 99 at the other store after paing 15 at his.

I walked out. I don care how cool those figs are. And I called around no stores in TX have them for other than 15

I wonder how long it will be before they make a BaF line where certain figures in the lines are exclusive ti different stores. You can get the whole line at TRU and target but have to try and hunt down the head at Walmart.

That Punisher will be as hard to find as the WM Halo exclusives or HARDER. Ares and Nemisis series are both WM exclusive series, and everyone is gonna be looking for cammo Punisher. You'll prolly end up seeing them thrown on ebay for a nice $50 or higher. Specially with how WMs are with exclusives nowadays. I'm thinking 1 per every 10 boxes. Wolvie is an easy to find variant, the gold Spiral isn't out yet, from what I heard and she's gonna be the hard one.

Wanna know what really sucks, is that Punisher was supposed to be released early this year, along with the rest of the wave. But they pushed it back a couple times, and then cancelled it altogether without letting anyone know why. Then they brought out 2 packs and 2 more BAF waves before that. Everyone was confused and pissed. I've been waiting for that Punisher release since XMas last year when it was first anounced. And back then, they were gonna be released everywhere BAFs woulda been sold. Now it's a WM exclusive, and it's a year late (probebly due to the movie release in December). So I've been waiting for a long time, as with everyone else, and prolly won't find one for even longer then that. I might have to sell my soul on Ebay just to get him.

Astonishing Beast is being released, he was a late edition to the line. He's a definite member now.

I dont want this line to get pulled completely, soo Many X-men I still want...Jubilee, Silver Samurai, Alpha Flight, Classic storm, Jim Lee Jean, Sauron, Morph, Vertigo, Strong Guy, Nimrod, Shard, Hoverchair Xavier, Polaris, Stryfe, Dazzler, Blink, Gladiator, Lilandra, etc and some Iron Man villains like Blizzard and Whirlwind and a comic/animated no dunst Spidy Mary Jane would be nice.

Those Iron Man villans might be made in the Iron Man line since it's still doing well. Alpha Flight is partly made already, Sasquatch is out, and Guardian is on his way in the next couple months.

As for all those X-Men characters (some are from spinoff X teams), I unno if they'll even do them all. The older figures weren't as popular...so why would the new ones be? Something I really want is Nate Grey, the X-Man himself. That would be cool. A better Havoc, the one with the coat, and some of those Shiar figures would be cool too.
