Im desperately trying to cancel this expensive order I placed but there hve been no email responses and the number listed at the bottom of their site is always busy.

They have those email ticket systems where you list the status of your question be it normal, low or urgent. EMailed them twice and nothing at all even under urgent

So im looking for any other contact number

damn their customer service sucks. not only do they charge my credit card for a pre-order, but they wont even respond to have that preorder cancelled.

something that cost a pretty penny, the 1/10 Appleseed PVC Briareos action figure by WAVE corp. thank goodness it was gift money because theres no way I would pay that much for a figure otherwise. I still want a refund though, because the disparity between the Prototype pictures and the final product is ridiculous.

it looks like it was made by a different company

When you reverse search their adress on 411.com, it gives you two names & phone #s..

damn it i tried their phone # again and it didnt work. MM thanks for those #s, your right, the addresses are the same, but doing a google search for ST and their numbers this topic is the only internet link that came up.

damn, maybe theyre located in a freaking outlet/compelx?

Call one of the other two #'s and ask if they're associated with then... what are they gonna do, say no and hang up on you? :rolleyes:

I'm wondering why their phone number doesn't come up in the google search with their adress.....

I called theRetriever Graphics place and apparantly t the statuetoys warehouse. The guy said hed relay my call with the ST staff
