Blue hayabusa is walmart (my walmarts never have any halo) pink hayabusa is D&R lineups (can't buy from online sites and there are no local distributors/retailers) and orange scout is a UK/AUS exclusive...Exclusives are cool but dont make them close to impossible to get for some people

The D&R ones are easily preordered. Just because you can't order from them isn't a valid reason. At least they offer them online for most of us. I agree exclusives are a ***** to find but at least there are less of them (for now). 13 outta 16 figures for Series 3 are exclusives. Now that's crazy. If I gotta track down 4 or 5 for Wave 1 of 2009 I'm alright with that. Better than 13....

agreed. mcf really does the customer no good by having exclusives. all it does is put money in scalpers pockets and makes it harder for the real fans to get the figs they want. if mcf really cared about the customers they would do away with or come up with a better way to distribute exclusives

All gamestop exclusives should be gamestation UK and AUS exclusives as well, plus a majority of the fan base is here. I am pretty sure they have walmart and TRU so those shouldnt be a problem.

They said that many colors wouldn't be affiliated with Exclusion anymore, they didn't say which ones though, though i sincerely hope that all three are not.

their WM's and TRU don't get the exclusives because they're seperate accounts, just like how WM Canada has gotten exclusives that aren't released in the US on numerous occaisions in the past.

most Canadians have to rely on the US as well for exclusives because they don't get them either.

is it stupid? I don't think so, not when you're dealing with seperate accounts and using exclusives as incentives. if you don't like it, talk to the buyers and not the manufacturer.

Diamond exclusive are Crimson, but not all Crimson figures would necessarily be exclusives.

Exclusives make the line survive. If there weren't any exclusives, the line would die out real fast. I've already been over this in a few other topics lol. The harder a figure is to get, the more people want and will pay for it. It's a brilliant marketing strategy. But cutting down is a good idea. There's a point where you can overdue it (S3). They need to find that medium line between not enough and too much. I think they may have found it in 09s S1. We'll see.

So far all the colors have held true to the stores they were originally made for aside from the Silver CQB, Silver Mark VI and Blue Elite. But it cancelled itself out with the new 5 being 2 store exclusives. They said in the future it doesn't necissarily mean they will be exclusives. Last I checked it was still being discussed. I haven't heard any "Yes you can get a blue at TRU in 09s S3" yet. We'll see.

I think it was confirmed Blue is WM, Pink is DnR, and Orange is UK for 09s S1.

Kids will be kids, no need to pick on me. I think it's worthy to tell the company that exclusives that aren't even available in the country with the main market for their line. They should also give the TRU and WM exclusives to all countries with them because it doesn't make sense not to. There is no whining and crying, I am trying to get the companies attention on this, as I see it as an issue, and find out what others think. SO instead of dropping bombs and pissing people off, don't post.

Don't fret. The fact that the TRU in Canada are getting the AC ODST and Red Elite, on Canadian (english/french) cards means that someone is listening. Series 3 just got released pretty recently so I expect more shippments with Exclusives to arrive (especially near Christmas time).

Still waiting for a Canadian Exclusive though... but don't worry if it happens, I got y'all covered! :)

outside of yellow SPs not getting painted, there are no issues. Availability problems are due to scalpers not TMP. Every exclusive is widely available except the UK exclusive, which was the dumbest thing i've ever heard of.

So far it held through to 09s S1 though. Steel is Gamestop, Blue is WM, Orange is UK, and Pink is DnR. I'll wait and see what S2 is like next year with exclusives to see how well they stick to their new "plan".

err sorry, i reread what I said and yeah, I didnt really get my point across to well. I just meant all I find is Drones and Arbiters. I've seen one exclusive (went to America for the Gold Spartan), and I'm lucky to find ANY Spartans in Canada.
