Hey, I need some help

I'm new here, and I'm trying to buy something in the online shop. But whenever it asks me to log in, I do so, it gives me an error message, and dumps my cart. I can't find any help what so ever in the customer service section, and I would assume this is the only place for me to take my problem with the online store too...

Hmm not sure on that one. Do you already have an account? You may want to try to create an account first then log in and buy the figs.

Or if you have an account already then just log in first and then purchase the figs. I hope that helps.

You can't log in with your forum account.
You have to create a new account specific to the store. ;)

Those SDCC exclusive figures are the ones that people returned because they had problems, defaults, or deformities. They are labelled *sold as is*. Shoulda askd, I'm sure someone on the boards has a set you could buy or trade for.

Yes. Basically what I was saying up there to trade for it. Check peoples refs before you buy or trade though. And since you're new, there is a rule about that. If you trade with someone, since you're new and don't have any or many refs, you gotta send yours first. Usually you can take it up with whoever you're trading with about that, but 99% of them will enforce the rule. Then when they get their stuff they'll send out yours. But ALWAYS check refs. ALWAYS.
