It's not a new sculpt, but it's not the one ToyBiz used. I think it's the Silver Surfer sculpt from FFML.

NICE! Markg Hooked me up with the two MLs from this wave that Ive been needing. Guardian and Kang. The latter Ive been DROOLING for since the FFC series. Never found him at retail and his price on ebay was ridiculous! Now Hasbro just needs to go and rerelease that Dragon Man. :)
