I hate to see what that thing is gonna cost. The had an in scale Millenium Falcon at a Lego store I went to last summer up by Chicago and they wanted $175 for it...it was awesome!

MarioBro7

Cool, but $400 for Legos? I guess they're a collectible and not JUST a kid's toy anymore!:D

I have both the Star Destoyer and ROTJ Death Star, the Star Destroyer is nice but poorly designed, the four panels that make up top and bottom and held by lego magnets, which doesn't work well for the weight of the bottom panels.

I remember when i went to Lego Land in 2005, and there was a inscale death star for about 1000 bucks, it was awesome, becaus eit was the new death star and it looked sweet. But we had to pass, so sad.

I fell in love with the Rock Raiders about 10 years ago. They were fantastic, tbh.

Greatest set ever?....Matter of opinion I guess.

To me, just about any Lego set is the best(excepot maybe those horrible belville and jack stone ones). That death star is pretty epic. For an actual TLG product, it is easily in the top 5. Others may include the original SuperCar, BlackCat Big Rig, the Pirate Ships, some enjoyed the cranes of late, various forms of the millenium flacon....etc. It's a matter of taste.
Me...I think that is WOW!!!!!!! But I always loved the Big Rig.

-John the Legoguy

BTW...I have pretty decent size lego collection. Hence the name =)

This set has absolutely nothing on the Taj Mahal. Trust me, I've seen both in person. No comparison.

In any case, I think it's cute seeing people balk at expensive Lego sets when I see toys...sorry, I mean "collectibles" on here going for just as much.

it's very nice, but not the best Star Wars Lego set IMO
