Frazetta Comics alternate cover ordering change.

Hey Gang-

I wanted to drop in and let you guys know that on ALL the upcoming Frazetta titles each cover is a separate order, NOT the 50/50's anymore.

What does this mean?

It means if you want all the covers, you better order them cause the shops will most likely just order mostly cover A's and cover B will be pretty tough to find.

Image Announces Ordering Adjustments for Frank Frazetta’s Moon Maid One-Shot, Silver Warrior #2

Image Comics has announced that while its Frank Frazetta’s Moon Maid One-Shot and Frank Frazetta’s Silver Warrior #2 were both originally solicited in the November 2008 PREVIEWS Retailer Order Form as shipping with two regular covers in a 50/50 ratio, the covers for both books can now be ordered separately with distinct order codes.

Moon Maid now carries separate item codes for its two regular covers – Cover A (NOV08 2229D) by Frank Frazetta as well as Cover B (SEP08 8238D) by Tim Vigil; Silver Warrior #2 is likewise available in a Cover A (NOV08 2258D) by Frazetta and a Cover B (SEP08 8237D) by Nat Jones & Jay Fotos

Additionally, as noted in the Retailer Order Form, each book is supported by an ordering incentive. With the addition of these new ordering codes, please note that initial orders placed for Covers A and B for each book will count towards qualifying to order the issue's respective incentive cover. Specifically:

• For every 25 copies of Moon Maid Cover A (NOV08 2229D) and/or Cover B (SEP08 8238D) (any combination) ordered by their Order Increase Cut-Off (OIC) dateof December 9, retailers may purchase one copy of the Frank Frazetta’s Moon Maid One-Shot – Cover C Sketch Variant (NOV08 2230D) by Jones.

• For every 25 copies of Silver Warrior #2 Cover A (NOV08 2258D) and/or Cover B (SEP08 8237D) (any combination) ordered by the same OIC date, retailers will qualify to purchase one copy of the Frank Frazetta’s Silver Warrior #2 – Cover C Sketch Variant (NOV08 2259D) by Jones.

Be sure to make note of these new item codes and act before the December 9 OIC date to capitalize on these great ordering incentives and secure two great sketch variants for your store.

kind of off topic, but are you guys ever going to put out a monster sized phonebook of a TPB with all of the Frazetta stuff?

Well, next week Fantastic Worlds of Frazetta Vol 1 comes out, it's oversized, has all the one shots in it with a TON of extras, that should keep ya busy for a bit till we release more.:D
