Since i'm really a fan of robot figures... and it's always cool to find new figures...
i thought about starting a robot figures picture thread....

just post some pics...
it doesnt matter, if they're done by yourself or official pictures from websites or such...

Those transformers look like customs. Are they? I haven't collected transformers since Beast Wars. My friend not giving them back and moving turned me off to the whole line.

Nope, no customs. They are: Masterpiece Starscream (US version), Robots in Disguise Scourge, and Alternators Nemesis Prime (which was an SDCC exclusive a couple of years back).

Man, I never would have even thought of Mecha Godzilla! He doesn't really pop into the mind as a robot, lol. I always thought of him as a cyborg, although I know he isn't.

Iron Man is up there, as well as Robo Cop. Those techincally aren't Robots but I guess they fit. So why not Mecha Godzilla? If I had them, I'd throw up the MMPR Zords. Any Power Ranger Zords would work actually, but MMPR was the best series imo.

The grey version is actually from the 80's Interchangeables line by Hourtoy and that was part of the "silver series editions" which are VERY rare. The character is originally the Mego Force Commander and he is leader of the forces of the good Micronauts. In the Interchangeables line, he was also the good guy named "Captain Cosmo."

Many of the odd colors you see are actually knock-off prototypes from an unknown manufacturer in Italy. The Italian versions were called "Nuovi Micronauti" which came out in the late 70's-early 80's.
