I heard the Batpod BluRay set is simply a repackaged Movie Masers Batpod. Can anyone confirm this?

How much is that Batpod Blu-ray set? Gotta get that sucka. I've seen it online for 48.00 for presale but was wondering if it will be cheaper on release day in store.
