Looks like an animated maquette. Maybe by Gentle Giant?
Edit: Maybe not since it seems to have a joint for the legs.

The outfit is Batman Begins. I can tell by the chestplates, shoulderpads (lack thereof), and Bat symbol on his chest. But who made it and whatnot I have no clue. Hopefully that might help you in your hunt.

That's the 30" Batman Begins figure, exclusive to Wal-Mart and released in 2005 around the time of the movie. They also came out with a Superman Returns figure, and right now TRU has an exclusive version of the TDK suit.

yah that lost some appeal when I heard the 30" version lol
crap man, i honestly feel we've been herded into buying the Hot Toys stuff lol
there's absolutely no competition (imo) in terms of detail
if they made something decent in 6" scale I wouldn't have even considered the HT stuff
but this is a beaute, but 30" is huge
spliff and animalmother... do you have any pics of it?

I saw the 30'' inch Batman for the Dark Knight at Walmart when the movie came out. It was the size of a small child. Too Bad they didn't make the Joker in that size.

I have that figure beside my bed. LOL! It's great, it was cheap too, about 45 bucks at Wal-Mart.

That's not the 31 inch Mattel, look at the chest piece, it's different.

It looks a little different. But the pic might be the sample picture that always looks better then the mass produced version.
