I didn't notice it before when they released the original pics, but why is the base for the Gervin red?

All I know about this FRIGGIN FIGURE is that the peg doesnt go all the way into the bottom of the foot and it doesnt stand up straight... Then again, I've been buying NBA figures since NBA 1 and I've had this problem over and over and over again.

He is in the away jersey, not sure what legend it would interact with though

I'm sure it's been answered already, but is there a Gervin chase...ehhh, tweak?

Hmm, may have to try and get ahold of two and paint one. Sure would be cool to see him in the silver uni. :D

I've done a couple of customs for myself that came out pretty good. Definitely not an expert, but I think I did ok. I think the hardest part will be finding some good pictures and getting the right decals.

LMK if you do repaint a Gervin.

Ok, will do. I'll need to find me a couple first. If it comes out nice, I'll let you know.

I still need an answer to my original question.

It is possible that TMP did some research on this one. The Spurs played in the Moody Colliseum back in the early 70s I beleive which is home to the SMU Mustangs in Texas. There colors are red and white I think and maybe the lane was that color back then when San Antonio used there court

Thanks for posting the pic kruzer31. TMP chose the home court base, but a road uni for Gervin it seems.

I still need an answer to my original question.

Because he's in his road uniform, there must have been at least ten arenas with the key painted red back in those days.
