Just wanted to post a late and new haul. I bought the Batman last month and just recently acquired the other two thanks to the clearance sale at Corner Store Comics. I'm not a huge DC fan, but these are awesome figures.

I apologize for the warm pics and the lack of creativity.

This figure reminds of the Adam West Batman days lol.

I think DC Direct did a great job with these figures. I do have a couple of complaints though. Batgirl looks FAT lol and the extra accessories can't hook up to the belts.

That last figure is Nightwing. I have no clue how you don't know about him. That's Richard Greyson all grown up and out on his own. He got into a fight with Bruce and gave up the Robin suit. Then went out on his own, learned some new stuff, and made his own Superhero identity as Nightwing.

As for Robin, another kid took over the suit (don't remember his name), and then was killed by the Joker I believe. Then Tim Drake came along, and took the role as Robin afterward. I do believe he either modded the old suit or made a totally new one, to give him his own look, instead of Richards old style.

And those do look nice. Nightwing is one of my fave DC Superheros. I always liked him as Robin and then he became even better when he grew up. I don't mind Tim, but I don't like him as much as RIchard.

And I've been calling him Richard cause you can't say **** on this board, even if it's a name.

No prob. I don't know the whole story, I just know the basic jist. I read Batman: The Lost Years mini series way back when it first came out which led into Batman: Gotham Adventures which was the comic book counterpart to the Batman Animated series, and the New Advetures of Batman. I unno if that's the cannon story, or just the cartoon version of it. So I told you what I know is true from cannon, which is what I heard from people in comic shops and other such places. You could probebly look it up and read it for yourself, and I'm sure other boardies could fill in the blanks for you, or correct anything I messed up.

Yea that dc deluxe female body is awful! I had to pass up on the Harley Quinn cause it looked like really bad circus tranny. That bats is sweet tho!
