It's an enemy from Chrono Trigger. I basically need the top half of a skeleton with a big head, and a sickle of some kind. Any thoughts?

Why not use the skeleton minions that come with the Skull Queen, they also carry a sickle.

Zombie Spawn has a (stylized) scythe, if you were looking for less cartoony

If you want a great skeleton with great articulation and it is a build a figure check to see if you can buy the hellboy bust ups with the skeleton parts. The toys are on ebay currently.

ooh i like that one. yah i would like to make a less cartoony version. you know how "IF Labs" made those big movie version Dragonball z toys, chrono trigger is apparently made by the maker of DBZ. if they can make cool realistic versions of those characters, I don't see why a more realistic custom wouldn't work. I still need a big realistic looking skull though...

Your best bet for a scythe. The skeleton part should be easy enough to find.
