I'm guessing you left the word "snow" out of that sentence. Put it in or else those two statements can take on all sorts of meanings that might meet with raised eyebrows.

No dislike for the chow mein. But no great desire either.
Golden Dragon on North Oracle kicks many kinds of butt. All the places in town we've tried, they consistently provide the only good Chinese food.

When I go to a good chinese restaurant I usually get a chicken stir fry.
