Positives about McFarlane in 2008.

I know a lot of folks are disappointed about McFarlane in general in 2008. But what are the positive things you can think of this past year

Here's my list.

1. SPAWN: THE BOOK OF THE DEAD
2. Todd making an effort to interact with us and make some changes to his toy lines.
3. The announcement of his Collector's Club Resin statues.
4. I'm assuming all the new Halo stuff for you fanatics out there.
5. Target Stores getting back into the game with McFarlane figures.

7. Getting to meet some of the McFarlane staff at Comic-Con, sadly no Todd though. ;)
8. Todd returning to the Spawn comic.

Releasing Pewter Raven Spawn, and doing so in a manner that it was just a few dollars more than the BOTD. They effectively gave it away to us fans!

Honestly, Halo - the entire thing - was a huge positive for me for 2008. I know there are some who don't agree, but for a longtime fan of both Halo and McFarlane toys, it was a match made in heaven. I have never before bought so many action figures in a single year from any company ever.

Agreed, +1 and all that. I think it's too bad that some people on this board really hate this line... cause I'm pretty sure they're helping to save McF.

I guess I did return to the board after being absent for a couple of months, but other than that... I rarely check updates or whatever, I live in the Netherlands so store-specific stuff isn't gonna affect me in any way, and I haven't bought a single McF figure. So, nothing I guess. Let's hope 2009 will be better.
