Exactly what I was thinking. Take a tooth brush, soak it in the paint with some water and spray Marcus. That will give you a killer splatter effect. I do it all the time with my customs.

tamiya clear red acrylic paint is what i used...blop up the brush..and just let it drip...more pics of him and the base in a bit......
