Here are some new items I have seen at Walmart for the new year.

Transformers 25th Anniversary: Starscream, Hound, Maximal Cheetor, Cyclonus
Batman: The Brave and The Bold
Batman: some kinda new armor series, can't remember the exact title
how were these? :confused:

The new Batman show sucks. Flat out. I hate it. While THE Batman messed up alot of character backrounds and the like, at least it was entertaining. Brave and the Bold makes me wanna hurt things every time I watch it for how irritated it makes me. They just, did it, so, HORRIBLE. The opening sequence is just, dumb. It's so bad... And the stories are just boring. I haven't been excited in any of them. I miss my Batman Animated series. I remember when I couldn't wait to see another episode of that. I can't wait till Brave and the Bold gets cancelled so we get another GOOD Batman cartoon out there. And the animation makes me sick. The only good part about it is the cool looking Batmobile, which takes its design off of the Batman Forever model. One of my faveorite Batmobiles to date.

This doesn't remind me of Adam West. I liked Adam West version, although corny, was still interesting. This is boring, uneventful, and dull. I don't even watch it anymore. I turn it when it comes on.

The only good part about it is the cool looking Batmobile, which takes its design off of the Batman Forever model. One of my faveorite Batmobiles to date.

I liked the design. And I thought it was cool how the fin seperated a higher speeds and made it more like wings then a fin. I didn't like how it only sat one though. Batman needs a side seat for Robin or Batgirl. And what happens when he has both helping yknow? Waste of gas having them all on seperate vehicles lol.

That one is badass. I remember when I was younger at a car show, I was maybe 4 or 5, that Batmobile was there on display. And they let me and my sister sit in it, and my mom took pictures of us. I thought it was awesome. Where those pics are I don't know. But I loved Batman ever since I got to sit in that car.

We won't see S4 till at least half way through January. And WM probebly won't be getting them till a week or two after Spencers and Gamestop get them. And Gamestop said they weren't getting them til Feb. So we might have to wait till next month for most of the figures.

I think its kind of funny/sad that when movies like Transformers and Dark Knight are huge successes, in large part because of their realism, the people who hold the rights then turn around and make the most cartoony and unrealistic looking shows they can come up with to capitalize on the popularity.

Tranformers anime. I know that's another you were referring to. I totally agree. Although, Transformers anime grew on me a bit, I could stand to watch it. I wasn't religous with it, but it was at least something to watch. This Batman show makes me sick when I turn it on.

And they used Oswald from Drew Carrey to voice him. OSWALD!!!

Yeah, it has a ball jointed neck which is not going to do you a lot of good with the "sackhead", but it comes with an unmasked head also and it works better with that.

I saw Cheetor yesterday at KMart. He looks nothing like he did on the show aside from the head on his chest and his head skulpt. His weapons are completely wrong and he's too tall. I miss my old Beast Wars figures. That's all it did, was make me miss the old ones. I had every old Cheetor they made. All the way through Beast Machines.

only new stuff i have seen are the GI Joe Mighty Muggs. saw Duke, Snake Eyes, and Storm Shadow tonight. and the Halo Heroic Series. 3 of the 4. and the GH 2-pack guitars (which aren't very good).

Saw the Brave and Bold figures at Target. Wasn't impressed.

No offense to you guys who bought them, but why? They look horrible. Why, with the figures we already have from "The Batman" animated show, and the DCUC/DCSH Batman figures that have come out, and the 6" Batman line that came out a few years ago (even though not too many people liked these, I did), and Movie Masters, would you want them? Just curious.

damn, I want another Dinobot. Had the original and trasmetals 2 version back nearly 10 years ago. In fact, I want all my old Beast Wars toys again, and i see they're being slowly re-released.

I don't think I'm buying any of them, so I don't mind if it does. But I know some people who are just waiting for those ones. And they might get pissed if it gets dropped before that. Nothing they couldn't get over, but yea. It might end up like Blade Hunters. Only not as bad. "We want this figure made, then we'll buy it". "The lines been cancelled before that figure came out? F you TMP." Know what I mean?

I saw the Halo Wars mini figures at TRU yesterday.
Also, although they had NO 5" Halo figures for the pat month or 2, they had series 3 tri-logo figures. Saw Red Elite, Clear ODST, Red Hayabusa, MC. Never saw the red Elite or clear ODST before at TRU.

It was strange seeing the Halo Wars right below the regular 5" figures and at the same price. 11.99 for 3 painted versions of green army men are a real stretch.

Halo Hunters are $24.99 at TRU.

Saw 6 today too.

Also my TRU's are getting leftover Halo series 3 cases still, of course still full price. Saw red Elites, among others.

The 10" GH breakdown may be 3 Slash & 1 Johnny. One TRU had 3 Slash, the other had 3 Slash & 1 Johnny.

Oh, and the guitar solo's & duo's are not moving whatsoever.

The mini 7.99 marvel figures are popping up a lot now.

Hit up a Target this evening.

Lots of new GI Joe stuff. I saw 3 different figure boxed sets.
At least 2 different planes w/figures.

Some bonehead hid the only 2 Icemen, so I liberated them :)
I plan to return these actually, because at $8 a pop they are a ripoff (although all of these new 3 3/4" series do seem to be selling). I also saw Avalanche, Beast, and the Grey Hulk.

If you walk around the left corner on that pic, thats where they had the 3 WM 3 3/4 exclusive figs. They were on the same display stand, on the different side. The right side had some regular Origins figures, and I don't remember what the back had.

I was told by a Target manager they will NEVER carry Halo products because of some gripe they have with TMP. Whether that still holds or not I don't know, this was a few months ago, around S3s release. He also said, and I quote, "any McFarlane Product we have ever had never sold and went clearance after a few months of collecting dust. Why would we sell that crap again?" end quote. So, yea. I took that as Halo will never be seen in Target. And to date, I have been to like 6 different Targets, and there has been NO sign of Halo. I go to 2 of those on a weekly basis.

I DID see the Dragons series at the 1 a LONG time ago, but has since been gone, and never seen anything TMP since. This was maybe a year ago, possibly longer.

The second line looks pretty good. McFarlane made a perfect T-1000 so I assume I will grab one online. They don't seem to have much value.

Not one Halo product anywhere in the store. I asked someone who worked in the toy department and she told me; "We don't carry Halo figures." I told her about the Wal-Mart Exclusive Halo figures and she said the same thing, "Nope, I'm sorry we don't carry Halo figures try the video game department." I walk over the video game department and was told they only have games and controllers no figures. See Todd this is the kind of crap your customers have to deal with series after series, PLEASE STOP WITH THE STORE EXCLUSIVES HALO FIGURES.

Halo products aside, I did find the new 6" Spider-man figures, I didn't even know these figure were out yet. I picked up both the black suit Spidey with web glider and the new Green Goblin with pumkin bomb and glider (one of the best Green Goblin face sculpts ever).

You can't see it in the package but this Spidey figure has blue high lightd when you shine light on him.

These figures aren't for "Marvel Legends articulation junkies", no double elbows or double knee joints and no wrist joints. These figures have the Hasbro POA similar to the Marvel Legends Blackbolt figure from the Nemesis line. These figures may not be super articulated, but they do have some of the best sculpts I've ever seen on any Spider-man figures in a very long time.

Oooooohhhhhhhhhh no. This figure has a waaaaaaaaay better shading than the Red Hulk Series Spiderman. In fact, I didn't even see the shading until I took the figure out of the package last night. You really can't see the shading at first; it looks completely black and white until the light hits the figure, then this cool kind of metallic dark blue shading shows up (it's not a glossy as the blue shading on the Hasbro Vemon figure, but it there and it awesome). The blue shading on this figure is the best on any black suit Spidey figure. Well in the Spider-man comics the black suit has blue highlight, so I guest the toy companies feel that by added the blue shading, it helps to make the figure more like the drawing from the comic books and I'm glad that they add the blue shading. Well in the Spider-man comics the black suit has blue highlight, so I guest the toy companies feel that by added the blue shading, it helps to make the figure more like the drawing from the comic books and I'm glad that they add the blue shading. This is the first black suit Spidey figure to finally get the blue shading perfect, not too glossy and not too noticeable, like the Red Hulk Spidey.

I know, I just wanted an solid Black Spidey that's not altered to express some artistic expression.
