I'm bored so here is my lineups, not what I want but what is going to be. Hpefully I’m wrong but this is what I expect:
Wave 1
Chad Pennington (repaint) – Boring as hell, but an easy fill in.
Peyton Manning 4 – MVP. Face of the NFL, no fig in 2008, he’s a lock IMO.
Ronde Barber – Confirmed, should be a headswap.
Jason Witten - Confirmed
Darren McFadden – Hyped Raider running back. Good combo for TMP.
Matt Ryan – Everybody loves him, McFarlane is not that blind.
Wes Welker – The original Wayne Chrebet pose makes a comeback.
Wave 2
Eli Manning 3 – Too much exposure to pass.
Nnamdi Asomugha – They wanted a corner, I don’t see Cromartie being made.
Adrian Peterson 2 – They are going to milk him like LT.
Phillip Rivers – Great season, QB, maybe the mold is already done from 2008.
Tony Romo 3 – They are not kidding when they say they want to cater the casual customer.
James Harrison – Could be a Peppers repaint.
Matt Forte – Bears have a good fanbase.

I would have guessed the same, but I remember that when they had the call your shot for a corner, Ronde was taken out of the list, so they wanted to do another one. But you have a point, I guess they hadn't decided to skip the SB when they asked for our opinion on a CB, maybe they just kill the idea of forcing a corner in the lineup and our votes go to the toilet :).

They won't put out 2 CB figures in one year. If in fact they were planning on doing another one in addition to Barber, them skipping the Super Bowl and putting Barber in the regular line means whoever else they were going to do gets bumped for later or scrapped altogether.

Yeah, I think it was a timing thing- they knew Barber would be the SB fig, but not that they weren't going to the event. If I remember correctly, Cromartie won the call your shot, and I doubt they thought he would sell well, anyway- putting Barber into the regular line-up was the best compromise for them.

It doesn't have anything to do with being teased. It's not an easy decision. I'd rather have TMP take a longer time to release the lineups than rush them. Although I am anxious to see the lineups, I have no problem waiting tell after the Superbowl

I'm a Chargers fan I even don't want to see a Cromartie. He hasn't backed up his talk this year. Just another flashy CB. Jammer would be more deserving but I wouldn't want to see him either. I should make a custom Jammer and Garcia two pack that comes with a fake blood package.

The majority of the people on this board are going to think that most of the time. It's not about the onfield production-it's being annoyed that players are made in back to back years. There was plenty of *****ing about Tomlinson being done this year after the bench pose from the prior year. Same with Tony Romo. Usually, the main people who don't have a problem are fans of the team that the repeated player is on.

If they make another Peterson this soon (and I could see them doing it), I would be ok with it. I'm a fan of the guy, and even though his first pose was great, they ruined it to a degree by making it so small.
