It is a leg.
In the comic Hulk at so much friggin' meat, that when he became zombie Banner it tore his guts open. I think that's kinda the angle the guy was going for here, just a little different. Like he ate a leg, went to Banner, had it sticking out, then hulked out again.

i'm never really liked the whole zombie idea but dyam those are nice. esp Thor and Wolverine. And I think it's hilarious that Hulk has a boot coming out of his gut.
