It's more bad ass than anything else you'll see this year. In fact it's one of those movies where everything that anyone has ever wanted to happen to bad guys in a movie happens. One in which the cliched monologuers don't have a chance to say what they want before Liam is on to the next. It's the most simplistic movie I've ever seen yet is one of the most entertaining movies I've seen in recent memory. It's exactly what it intends to be and anyone with testosterone in their bodies can not help but love it.

For the peterless bunch in here it's a saying the same as "they've got balls" or "I've got the **** in the family" or when someone is speaking of a superior as the "big ****." or a personal favorite and for the Glengary fans "The man with the brass balls."

The movie is a good action movie, with some great gunplay and action scenes.

Story however is pretty lame and unbelievable. I'm not going to post spoilers, but if someone creates a spoiler thread I will gladly give my 2 cents American.:D

Well, we're only 17 days in 09 and its been given out already so we have just under 350 days we won't have to worry about it.


But yeah, great movie. It's one of the first movies that never had me yelling at the main character about how I would/wouldn't do something. Awesome

I dont know, the movie looks awesome, but if we are talking about pure testosterone driven movies, Crank 2 might still be in the running for this award.

I enjoy a well written story with plenty of character development and a deep plot as much as the next guy, but sometimes I just want to go to a theater, get my bucket of soda and nachos, and watch a mindless, over the top action movie full of gratuitus (sp?) violence, sex, and foul language. The kind of movie where after you leave you just feel the need to smash something :D.

I saw the trailer for this movie for the first time last night. It looks like my kind of movie.

The character took the issue very seriously; you can tell in the scene where he blows off a nice chunk of her arm.

I am not a fan of Liem Neeson but I like the fact that we are not seeing the usual flurry of commercials
2-3 months before the flick is out ehich gets really annoying.

TC ads I saw just started tonite.
& that alone makes me wanna see it.
