Hi everyone
heres 3 of the 4 custom 12 spartans i have almost completed. still got to do the hands on red and seal the paint but let me know what you think.

opps i was having trouble reconnecting the parts and someone rang and i lost track of what i was doing.
well red said hes always getting shot in the arse do me a fav and do something about it.

with mr hobby top coat gloss.all the way from japan.

i really like the red...what kind of paints did you use?

well that red is a krylon cherry red gloss. get it from wally world in the paint dept.take no notice of the colour on the lid of the can. it comes out really well.

Cool, I love the steel one, the black (I can't say i like the gold detailing on this one) and red are too "shiny", remember, this is sci-fi military equipment, it should have more of a "matte" finish, and be more worn looking. Still, good job ;)

Docstu wow amazing work! I like the silver and red one the most. I like some new details you came up with to.

You should do a wash on the cracks to make it really pop!

Great work on the customs - I'm working on customizing my two blue 12" Spartans as well as the 12" red Spartan MADDOG custom painted for me (he's working on another for me too :D :D) - red is definitely my favorite as well and I can't wait for the red helmet set to hit stores next month...gonna be great to give them all a bit of a different appearance - CBQ & EOD for my Red ones, CBQ and Rogue for Blue...(once May's Halo Helmet Wave 2 hits :))
