Gym membership is included in our tuition, so I make myself go. We have a nice gym, too.

6 days (occasionally 7) a week.
Cardio all 6 days
Weight lifting 3 - 4 days.

Went from 240 (I had gained almost 20 pounds in the span of 2 months due to some stress issues I was having) last March to 170 in December.
Now I am hitting the weights harder I am up to 177.

Nope, no gym. Perfectly good street to go walk, and that's about as far as I am right now. I've got a long way to go before I'd go to a gym.

Man... that's too bad.

You have no idea how much I'm dreading getting a kidney stone. Because I know one day I will... *sigh*.

I really should. I used to and I'm not fat or anything but I really need to start building some more muscle before it gets impossible to do so when I'm older.

I have my own gym. Anyway I don't think you have to worry about that, this is a recent pic of Stallone at age 62.

True but he's a beast! I'm not nearly as beastly:(:D

I envy your home gym, I'd love to have one but don't have the room for all that equipment, perhaps when I get a place of my own though I will.

I go to the gym three times a week, but I run and lift weights everyday. I run in the mornings and I lift weights at night. It's my routine. I can't get to sleep unless I do and if I miss a day, I always feel it.

I don't go to the gym but I lift in my basement every other day and run when the weather is nice (which it's not nor will it be for some time).

No gym, but I try to work out about 4-5 days a week. Not to bulk up or anything, just to stay in shape and be healthy.

I was super-unhealthy for a long time, but then I decided it was time to change that and started a healthier lifestyle. I dropped about 60 pounds and have maintained at around 150-160 for the last 3 years.

Good for you man. I know how hard it can be to get healthy, especially after putting on a significant amount of weight.

Thanks, man. It was a big step for me--I think the hardest part is getting started...once you can start a healthy routine, it becomes easier to keep. The first thing I did was completely cut soda out of my diet--and I was packing away 3-6 Mt. Dews a day . I actually went through a couple weeks of a mild withdrawal from that. I'm so afraid of a "relapse," I haven't touched it for 4 years.

Yeah, that's really how it is. Getting started can be nearly impossible, but once you do you really don't want to stop.

I've heard that same thing from more people then I can count... I sure am glad that my parents raised me soda-free. I only have it once every two or three weeks :D

My older brother and I just joined the gym last week. Prior to that I usually walked a lot, especially in the summer. I also used to go to gym every once in a while at the college campus and even in my high school years I had gym class.

I hate the gym. I just stay active and do things I enjoy (kayaking, hiking). Jason Statham actually says he hates lifting weights and does activities rather then lift weights as well. Seems to work for him.

Before my surgery (Dec. 3rd) I was going 6 days a week for at least 1.5 hrs. Now I am going 3 Days a week for Water Aerobics to build my strength back up. I'm hoping to be back on my regular workout schedule by March :)

Are you rich? or the gym is free? How do you balance to buy figures and pay the highest prices of the gym? Like I said Is it free?

I used to on and off from when I was 15 to when I was about 19. I had a lot of gym equipment in the house but we sold it all :-( And of course, NOW that we don't have it I wish I could use it. I'm actually a bit thinner than I was during the times I worked out, but that's not saying much. The other day I found out just in how bad shape I really am. I should go, but I lack the motivation.

It's only 20 bucks a month....

And I only buy one figure or so every few months, if that.

It's really not expensive, ad very worth it. And no, I am hardly rich.

Masturbation doesn't count...
