Shipping was $11.33. Not terrible.

Edit: One problem noted - I preordered 2. I only ordered one now. When I went back in to "order" another (just to see where the fee waiver was) it says I didn't pre-order it, thus I couldn't order now.

It will authorize for the total of $71.50 plus shipping, I have to go in and adjust the orders manually so that when it charges your card it will charge it for $2.50 less. If you have any questions or you notice that the $2.50 has not been taken off when you are charged, please let us know ASAP so we can resolve it fast.

One problem noted - I preordered 2. I only ordered one now. When I went back in to "order" another (just to see where the fee waiver was) it says I didn't pre-order it, thus I couldn't order now.


When you go in and place your order, it automatically takes your login out of the pre-order list, so if you decide to only order one of two pre-ordered items, you will have to contact us within the 3 week deadline to purchase the additional pre-ordered item after initial order has been placed. We will also need you to turn over your first born, a beach cruiser and a 3 page essay on the fall of Rome.

Sweet !! Shipping calculator showed shipping to Canada being $18.80 but actual shipping was $21. Not too bad I guess... Hopefully UPS won't charge a fortune for customs fees.

Let me know how the customs fees are, we are always trying to adjust out cost for shipping to make it reasonable. I put a lot of work into trying to figure this one out, I just hope I got it right.

They will begin Monday, our shipping is no longer in house, so once the orders are reviewed they are sent to our shipping facility. We upload orders to them at least once a day if not more.

It's already included in the price. That's why the checkout price is $71.50 ($69 was the original price). This info is from the item description:

Because of the value and limited quantity of the Resin figures, we are adding a $2.50 Adult Signature Required fee; this UPS service ensures your product will not be left unattended. We are adding this service to help protect our customers as well as our product. This $2.50 fee will be added to the total cost of the figure. This service may be waived at time of purchase, but MUST be noted in the special instructions section of each order. This product defaults to include the signature required service, you must be sure to make us aware if you wish to waive this service.

No, this charge will be adjusted in final billing when the item ships, if you ordered two and they are shipping together, you will only get one Signature Required fee. If you notice that you were charged twice in final billing. Please contact us at customerservice@mcfarlane.com immediately so that we may correct this shipping error.

$38 for one??? Very strange. I'm a couple of miles from a BIG UPS facility, but it doesn't seem logical that your shipping is 3x mine.

Well one was able to pre-order up to 2, but doesn't require you to ultimately order it. So pre-sold out doesn't mean too much unless those who pre-orderd actually order them. After 3 weeks whatever isn't sold get offered to the waiting list.
