Here they are, my first attempts at custom 3 3/4" scale 25th Anniversary headsculpts. There's Chris Redfield from Resident Evil 5, Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 2, and the Killzone 2 Helghast Soldier cast with breather packs. You can modify the Helghast helmet to make any of the different Helghan variations and easily carve the mic from Chris' cheek head to make the earlier RE figure of him in the STARS suit.

And you can get casts of there here:

Based on the Montezuma skull head? Hmmm....

In what material are these cast?
It has a number in the name, some sort of urathane resin I believe. I have swords/helmets I've ordered from the shop and it's the same quality/feel of factory plastic. Can be sanded/painted just like regular PvC or ABS. So no worries about durability, it's not the lightweight stuff you usually see ML headcasts made from.

Can we see painted versions?
Waiting to get them in the mail. If not today then Monday I'll get them and finish the figures. Already have the bodies here when I sent the heads off to be cast.

Don't get me wrong they look great but isn't a lot of stuff on that site intellectual property and thus illegal to reproduce w/out Hasbro's consent?

That very one. I can find plenty of Viper legs, but i'm **** outta luck on the Standartenfuhrer Vogel torso, and i ain't gonna buy a lame Joe 5 pack for parts. ;)

Yours was pretty damn cool despite some historical and aesthetic nit-picks

Hasbro talks to those people so they can set things up like that. All the reproduction label and cast-replacement parts guys can get permission. So long as you don't slap the GI Joe name or logo across those and confuse people that they're the real thing. Fans projects and such ya know?
