So I bought a ton of these last night, but the quality was pretty mixed. Then again so are the 25th Joes I love so much. I've got to say first Deadpool is awesome in this scale, as is Wolverine (Yellow/blue and Brown/Tan versions both! - plus t-shirt jeans, SWAT? suit and Weapon X). Weapon X is probably the best of the bunch. It's so freaking cool I'm tempted to leave it MOC...yeah right, maybe for a day or so. Sabertooth is really cool as he is about 1/4 inch taller than the rest and Maverick...well I bought all they had, but he is decent, just someone I don't care about.

My complaint now, Gambit who I was really looking forward to has a fairly deformed leg due to the 'action pose' in packaging. The swivel leg joints are no more 'hidden' articulation than the 25th Joes, so I'm not sure why the did it. It actually hinders articulation more than than helps by far, and the ankles have no articulation.

No display stands sucks and I will buy some I guess. Knowing all that negative stuff I still LOVE all the wolverines and Deadpool and Sabertooth are just cool. I'll try to update with some pics later, but for now - if you like the 3 3/4 scale, Weapon X will probably be the best figure in your collection once you get it - if not deadpool.

I'm interested in seeing some pics because last time I someone posted them I couldn't imagine ever buying anything like that. I understand they're small but the overall look and quality was awful. Post some pics when you get a chance.

I looked at them at work, they were all right. Nothing I'm going to buy though. Decent facial sculpts though, I have to admit.

I'm probably the WORST photo-taker (I won't even say photographer I'm so bad) - but some quick pics up in 10 min.

The acual Wolverine and Sabortooth from the movie dont look to bad. Those two wal-mart exclusive look pretty awsome.

How'd you get Deadpool? I didn't even see him at the con.

Toys R Us had them. Sadly they don't carry crap for vehicles. My other beef if - I get it, Wolverine has claws - if they aren't retractable or removeable, they get annoying.

I also know what I'm getting with these 4 inch mass production figs. I'm always chasing the dragon with impulse toy buys and I understand it is a different league, but Wolverine in his own way was a really satisfying buy. Now I'm done with new purchases until my MP Grimlock bills and ships!

You're just hurting the cause and adding to the stereotype that the 3 3/4 Marvel figures are cool and should be bought. That is the kind of thing that will destroy the Marvel Legends line completely, and since it is all but dead already, ensure that there is NO resurection. Henceforth, I, and many like me, will no longer be able to fulfill our joy of buying a decent Marvel figure ever again. Glad you like them. But I hope that weighs on your concious for the rest of eternity once Hasblow decides to anounce the end of the ML line.

And Deadpool will look cool no matter how anyone makes him ;).

I'm missing some of the Toy Biz ones that were out when I was in jail and whatnot. So I will just be able to go back and try to find those semi cheap. But, it'll save me money I guess. More money for Halo and DCUC I suppose. Star Wars is starting to make some newer figures that I might buy too. There are just so many figures that ML never made that I would have loved to see. Like an entire Alpha Flight group, as well as so many different outfits for some of the other characters they didn't make too many of, and some lesser known characters that deserved some figures too.

You're totally right. I was digging through my storage boxes last night and found ML Wolverine and he is as cool as these. I think in my mind the appeal is that my childhood toys can look neat next to these new ones. HOWEVER - after looking them over I made room on the display portion of my desk for the nice diecast MP Prime and MP Voltron. I patiently await a preorder for Grimlock (I should cancel, but its the last toy I can get for awhile so meh). I honestly am banking on Grimlock being king and smashing all little joes and show Wolvie that 'Me Grimlock is King and Me is best at what he does'

But yeah. ML 6 inch is cool and someday I'll have an area again to display all my 6 inch figs, one for all the 4 inch joes and now marvel stuff. And Grimlock will be in the in the center playing poker with Prime and Voltron.

ps I was curious which wolverine was the 'chase' and I do see my TRU violated something as everywhere is touting the 3/1 release date.

*sigh* Gambit be very careful with and don't get him online. Mine has a deformed leg - and overall he is the worst of the bunch. no ankle or wrist articulation - he can be put in one pose basically and mine at least NEEDS a stand.

I will say with the stand though and in the one pose he is very cool looking. If you just want to MOC or display only he is cool - of course he can't take real poses so Deadpool is macking on Scarlett instead of the Cajun.

Dude, I don't want to hear anything like that from you again with that insane HALO collection of yours ;)
