View Full Version : Do you have Raven Spawn? Do you have a good camera? Help!

Hey guys,

Looking to make a Raven Spawn costume, and need some help. Can't find the figure itself for a decent price anywhere, and I only have the pewter version which doesn't help me with colours, nor do I want to open it.

That being said, I need one of you fellows with the figure, a camera, and boredom, to take a million and 1 pictures of this figure.

I need really good detail shots, every angle you can think of, top down, bottom up, side to side, inside out, WHATEVER!

I just need pictures that show every single bit of this figure so I can hopefully recreate it in the flesh (so to speak).

Any pictures are welcome though, if you don't have the time to take a lot, just make sure they're lit very well.

But ideally I would like a bunch of pictures, and by a lot, I mean like stop-motion amounts of pictures, every half centimeter angle difference, just every nook and cranny! Of course I'm exaggerating a bit, but you get the point.

Also, bonus points if you can take a picture from UNDER the cowl best you can.

The stock photos aren't big enough, and I can't see enough details of the back, close-ups of limbs, and the lighting gives it too much shadow.

I got a DSLR and that fig but I have no idea where he is so can't help you right now. I am sure there are others who can help you though.

Do you mean the repaint?

If no one steps up for the original, I may ask for the favour from you regardless and try to piece together the colour scheme from net pics.

Oh, right, right. Of course.

Yeah, I was unsure of which one to make previously. I decided on the other raven Spawn, because I, myself, have pretty broad shoulders and am a bit more muscly. So I opted for the fatty raven Spawn over the stream-lined one.

They both have their ups and downs, but ultimately I feel I would be able to do the first one more justice than the second. The features on it are much bigger, which make them easier to make and look good, although the lack of detail on the second one is quite inviting.

Sheesh, I dunno, maybe I'm still undecided, haha.
