My LCS has him for $160, and very tempted to pick him up, but not sure if that's a good price or not.

Yup no worries,,thats also gonna be on the pre order list:D

He only took just under 60 min for me to put together,,not too bad considering its my first,and ive heard some horror stories about putting these suckas together
